Ashburton Trust Events Centre

Brophy Knight Limited is proud to have been involved with the Ashburton Performing Arts Theatre Trust. George Brown is one of the founding Trustees and now Chairman of the Trust and Heather Ford has supplied administration services over many years and is now a Trustee.

After many years of hard work the goal to open the Ashburton Trust Event Centre was achieved on 9 May 2008.

The Ashburton Trust Event Centre is a state-of-the-art performing arts theatre which can be used by a wide range of groups. As well as the main auditorium there is a function room which is suitable for meetings, workshops, cocktail functions and the like.    This multi functional building is able to be adopted to many different sorts of functions and has already hosted the National Young Farmers Awards,  national conferences, choirs, Operatic shows, tribute bands and much more.
