Graduates & School Leavers be paid while you train

Brophy Knight has for many years recruited and trained staff in the accountancy profession. We have established excellent systems placing emphasis on formal and on-the-job training backed up by a team structure, which encourages development of your potential and management procedures to provide feedback to you on the progress you have made.

We are an Institute of Chartered Accountants New Zealand Approved Training Organisation with currently two mentors operating within the practice. We offer generous assistance with time off and course fees (including PCl and PCll).

Each year we ofter a studentship to one Year 12 student who is planning to undertake a University based accounting qualification.  The successful student is paid quarterly over the four years while undertaking their formal studies that meets the ICANZ academic requirements.  At the end of the fourth year a position will be offered as a graduate accountant with Brophy Knight.  Currently we have three students on our studentship programme.

Once qualified, on going development is assured with performance evaluations and goal setting. CPD hours are met and maintained by the firm.

We have a wide range of clients to enable broad experience to be achieved and the technology we use is up-to-date. Our procedures and work methods are of a high standard.
