Lake Hood and Ashburton Aquatic Park Charitable Trust (Inc)

Brophy Knight Limited is proud to be involved in the Ashburton Aquatic Park Charitable Trust (Inc), Ashburton's largest ever community project.

Graham Kennedy (a director of Brophy Knight Limited) has been a Trustee of the Ashburton Aquatic Park Charitable Trust (Inc) since it was formed in 1998, when project transferred from the Ashburton Aquatic Park Society to the Trust.

The Ashburton Aquatic Park Charitable Trust (Inc) was formed for the purpose of project-managing Lake Hood as a premier sport and recreational amenity and quality residential lifestyle development (Huntingdon Park). The Trust is the long term guardian of Lake Hood, located in the Ashburton District, South Island of New Zealand.

Huntingdon Park - Residential Subdivision

The Ashburton Aquatic Park Charitable Trust (Inc) has developed a quality residential subdivision at Lake Hood, named Huntingdon Park. Sections in Stages 1, 2, 3 & 4 were so successful in selling a Stage 5 has now been developed.

The Lake House Restaurant & Bar
